Steven R. Smart was admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut in 1982. He was admitted to the DC Bar in 1983. Attorney Smart graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia and the American University College of Law. Raised in Danbury, he resides in Brookfield with his wife and children.
Attorney Smart is the managing partner of the firm’s litigation department with experience in both criminal & civil trial practice as well as motor vehicle disputes.
