Lawrence M. Riefberg was admitted to practice law in the
State of Connecticut in 1982. A native of Danbury, he graduated from
Tufts University and the University of Connecticut School of Law. He has
served as a State Representative in the Connecticut General Assembly and
a licensed Lobbyist to the Connecticut General Assembly. He resides in
Danbury with his family.
Attorney Riefberg concentrates his practice in real property
law with particular emphasis on corporate relocation transfers.

Steven R. Smart is admitted to practice law in Connecticut,
Maryland and the District of Columbia. He graduated from the University
of Virginia and the American University College of Law. Born and raised
in Danbury, he resides in Brookfield with is wife and three children and
is active in the town's youth sports program.
Attorney Smart is the managing partner of the firm's
litigation department with expertise in both civil and criminal trial practice.

Christopher T. Donohue was admitted to practice law in the
State of Connecticut in 1982. He is a Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa
graduate of the University of Connecticut and the University of
Connecticut School of Law. He is a past member and chairperson of the
State of Connecticut Ethics Commission. He resides in Newtown with his
family
